I didn’t receive an order confirmation – what should I do?
You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after completing your purchase. Please check your spam folder if you can’t find it. If you still haven’t received a confirmation, it may be that your email address was not registered during checkout. In that case, please contact our customer service team.
When can I expect delivery?
In normal circumstances, we would like to have your order shipped within 24 hours from your order was placed. Delivery time should then be another 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
However, in periods of high demand (i.e. sale periods), both shipping and delivery might exceed normal expectations.
Sometimes shipments are held up in customs, which delays the delivery of your order.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Can I change or cancel my order after payment?
We process orders quickly, and it is usually not possible to make changes once an order has been placed. Please contact our customer service team if you need assistance, or return the item according to our return policy.
How do I find my order number?
Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email you received after placing your order. It starts with “#” followed by five digits.
How do I return a product?
Returns must be carried out as instructed on the return form. Read more about our return policy here.
How many days does it take to receive my refund?
It may take up to 14 days for your refund to appear in your account. Please contact our customer service team if you haven’t received your refund within 14 days.
The item I want is sold out – will it be restocked?
Some of our products will be restocked, while others are Limited Edition. Please contact our customer service team for specific information regarding the product you are interested in.
