Heest Privacy Policy


1. Data controller

Anne Kari Bøhaugen is on behalf of Heest the data controller for the company's processing of personal data.


2. Personal data that is stored

We store the following personal data about our customers: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address. We also store purchase history and behavior patterns on our website, i.e. information about how the individual customer navigates the page.


3. Purpose of the processing

We process the information to be able to carry out our obligations according to agreement with you. We also use the information to be able to provide you with information, offers and service in connection with your purchase via e-mail, telephone, SMS and postal items.


4. Basis for processing

Information about name, address, telephone, e-mail address is used to fulfill the purchase agreement. The basis for this processing is Article 6 (b) of the Personal Protection Regulation. Where you have consented to this, purchase history and behavior patterns are used to provide recommendations and advertising specially adapted to you as a user. The basis for this processing is the Personal Protection Regulation Art 6 (a). You can withdraw your consent to such use at any time.


5. Collection of personal data

We store the personal information you have provided on our website. We use cookies on our website to provide you who visit the site with the best customer experience and service. 6. Disclosure of information to third parties

We will not share, sell, transfer or otherwise disclose personal data to others, unless we are legally obliged to do so. In order to be able to fulfill our obligations under the agreement, the necessary information is disclosed to our partners


7. Deletion of personal data

Information that we are obliged to preserve under the Bookkeeping Act will be stored for up to 5 years, in accordance with the law's requirements.


8. Rights of the data subject

We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and applicable regulations. Please note that you can request access to and transfer of your own personal information, as well as request correction or deletion of information. Complaints can be made to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority about processing in breach of the rules.


9. Information Security and Privacy Commissioner

We secure your personal data by both physical and virtual access and access control, as well as by encrypting sensitive parts of the information provided.
